No stock · every piece made to your order · Atlantic Canada workshop

No stock on shelves.
Every piece is made to your order, in our Atlantic Canada workshop.

Bring us something of yours — a watch, a ring, a travel mug, a hunting knife, a wallet — and we’ll engrave it. Or commission something from scratch: a coin, a board, a sign, a one-off piece we haven’t seen before. Either way, we mill it, etch it, and hand-finish it in Atlantic Canada.

Every build is one commission

Workshop-made, made to order — two machines, one bench, no piece ships twice.

Every build is one short conversation between you and our bench. Send us what you’re picturing and we’ll cut, etch, and hand-finish it from the Atlantic Canada workshop.

01

Laser engraving

A fibre laser etches text, line art, and gradients into wood, leather, anodised aluminium, and coated steel. Detail to roughly the thickness of a human hair, on the first pass.

02

CNC woodworking

A small-format CNC router handles the structural cuts — the bathtub caddies, the hardwood blanks, the geometry behind every curved edge — then we hand-finish the part before it heads to the laser.

01

Built-in or built-around

A CNC-routed knife slot on the butcher-block board; a shaped handle on the paddle. Functional details baked in, not bolted on.

02

Butcher-block construction

Laminated hardwood strips for rigidity and a consistent engraving surface, edge-oiled to finish for everyday serving.

03

Any design, laser-engraved

Monograms, full illustrations, color-filled motifs — the same fibre laser we use for coins and keychains, scaled to the full board face.

Team-batch runs

Team challenge coins— individually numbered.

A batch of three-inch solid yellow brass challenge coins, laser-engraved per player — number on one face, player’s name on the other. Cut, engraved, and finished as one team commission from the Atlantic Canada workshop. Team-batch pricing is quoted by email once the roster count and design are in.

Team build
Valley Thunder Lacrosse team coins
A batch of 12 three-inch solid yellow brass challenge coins — each one numbered and laser-engraved with the player’s name. Cut as one team-batch commission. $125 for the batch of 12.
Why a team batch

One commission, one set — every player’s coin reads as part of the same roster.

  • Solid yellow brass blank — the same 3-inch disc we use on the single-medallion run, sized for a lanyard or a desk.
  • Individually numbered & named— per-player number on one face, engraved player’s name on the other.
  • 12-coin bundle pricing — $125 covers the full batch of 12, no separate per-coin quote needed.

Bulk corporate runs

Custom coasters — built one batch at a time.

A multi-piece coaster run engraved with a single brand mark — produced as one corporate commission for Beaver Creek Winery. The bulk-batch total is quoted by email once the count and the artwork land in our shop.

Corporate build
Beaver Creek Winery — custom bulk coasters
A multi-hundred-piece coaster run — each disc laser-engraved with the winery’s logo and tagline, cut as one corporate batch commission.
Why a bulk coaster run

One approved artwork file, one consistent batch — every coaster reads as part of the same corporate run.

  • Bulk-coaster blank — cork-backed hardwood discs sized for a standard wine glass, cut to a consistent engraving surface across the run.
  • Logo + tagline etched — vector logo and a short tagline laser-engraved once across every disc in the batch, consistent from coaster to coaster.
  • Bulk-batch pricing — the per-coaster baseline is $15; the corporate-batch total is quoted by email once the count and design are in.

Custom hardwood builds

Custom wooden chest— cut to your wood.

A small-format CNC-milled chest with a brass-hinged top shelf that swings open for full bottom access, a brass lock, and a laser-engraved lid. Built in walnut, birch, or cherry, finished by hand, and shipped from the Atlantic Canada workshop — each one cut only after your commission arrives.

New build
Custom wooden chest
A hardwood chest with a brass-hinged top shelf, brass lock, and a laser-engraved lid — built in walnut, birch, or cherry and finished by hand from the Atlantic Canada workshop.
Why a custom chest

One small-format build, three hardwoods, and a hinged lid your design lives on.

  • Walnut, birch, or cherry — pick the hardwood that fits the piece; each one edge-oiled and hand finished at the bench.
  • Brass hardware & lock — brass-hinged top shelf that swings open for full bottom access, paired with a brass lock that closes the lid.
  • Custom engraving on the lid — the same fibre laser we use on the boards and the coins, applied to the full lid face in your art or a one-line sentiment.

Large-volume orders

200-tumbler run — proof we ship at scale.

A 200-piece glass-tumbler batch laser-etched with the Beaver Creek Winery logo and tagline, run as one corporate commission from the Atlantic Canada workshop. One approved artwork file, one batch, every tumbler consistent end-to-end — shipped as proof that we can take a large-volume order from artwork to packed carton.

200-unit run
Beaver Creek Winery — 200 custom glass tumblers
A 200-piece run of glass tumblers — each one laser-etched with the winery’s logo and tagline from one approved artwork file, finished as one single-batch commission.
Why a 200-unit run

One approved artwork, one batch, 200 consistent tumblers — quoted as a single corporate total over email.

  • Bulk tumbler blank — a glass tumbler sized for everyday bar service, $24 per piece, cut to a consistent etching surface across the 200-unit batch.
  • Logo + tagline etched — the winery’s vector logo and a short tagline laser-etched once, applied consistently across every tumbler in the 200-piece batch.
  • Batch pricing by email — the per-piece baseline is $24; the 200-unit batch total is quoted by email once the artwork and the count land in our shop.

Large-format commissions

Stone Work & Memorial Stones— hand-carved, sourced per brief.

A new family in the workshop: engraved memorial stones and large-scale Nova Scotia stone carving work. Parian marble, granite, or natural fieldstone — sourced per brief, carved by hand, finished at the bench, crated and shipped to its destination. Two distinct intake paths: a memorial commemoration, or a regional / landmark commission.

Stone Work & Memorial Stones
Hand-carved memorial stones and bespoke regional Nova Scotia carving — sourced and finished per brief, from engraved keepsakes to landmark-scale pieces.
Why a stone commission

The slowest commission in the workshop — carved, not lasered, sized to the place it's going.

  • Substrate-led sourcing — Parian marble for fine detail, granite for outdoor permanence, or natural fieldstone for sculptural regional pieces. We recommend one in the brief reply and confirm with you before the cut starts.
  • Hand-carved lettering & motif — serif hand-cut lettering, relief heraldic motifs, compass / anchor / ship on the regional stones. Where laser engraving gives us clean shallow cuts on metal, the chisel gives us the same intent through stone.
  • Sized to the place — a bedside memorial, a garden marker, a business entrance, a 3-foot regional sign. We size to your spot, not to a catalogue — bring the dimensions or a photo and the piece fits the place it's going.

How we make it

Two tools, one shop, and the patience to do small batches with care.

The two machines cover most of what lands in the shop; for rare metals, glass, or stone we partner with a trusted finisher and pass their quote through at cost.
